WHAT WE FISH FOR?
The main target on all of our trips except for Captain's Choice trip that is available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Main season is May - September but can try for them on our Winter trips during the months of October and April.
2026 Regulations:
2 fish: 1 any size and 1 under 27"
Closure: Tuesdays (June-August) and all Wednesdays
Guided Angler Fish (GAF) Tags available on closure days
Main species targeted is Black Rockfish. Open year-round. Main season is May - September and targeted on our Multi-species trip, our Halibut and Rockfish combo trip, and our Captain's Choice trip.
2026 Regulations: 2 per day
Many species open year-round. Main species targeted is Yellow-eyed Rockfish (opens July 1st).
2026 Regulations: 1 per day
Kings are available year-round and we have a real chance to catch them at any time. Kings are usually the main target on all our salmon trips. The last few years the bite has been best from mid-August through October.
2026 Regulations: Before September 15th daily limit 1 per client with annual limit of 5 through August 31. After September 1st No annual limit and after September 15th daily limit increase to 2 per day
Silvers are technically open year-round, but we typically only see them from about mid-July to the end of August.
2026 Regulations: 3 per day
You are allowed 6 total salmon for the day. We see a lot of Pink (Humpy) salmon typically around mid June and into August. Chum (Dog) salmon and Red (Sockeye) salmon we do not typically catch out in the ocean much, but if we happen to hook one we can keep them!
2026 Regulations: 6 per day
Lingcod can be elusive and usually require a long drive to find productive waters. We can target these beasts on our Multi-species trips or Captain's Choice as long as the weather allows us to get where they hang out.

Season opens July 1st
Pacific cod is typically the fish you eat when you order fish and chips in a restaurant. We can target these on our Multi-species and Captain's Choice trips and the best time of year is typically May through July but you can run across them at any time.
2026 Regulations: None
Tanner Crab otherwise known as Bairdi Crab are a type of Snow Crab. We offer the oppurtuntiy to harvest these during our Winter trips and the season is open from October to end of February.
2026 Regulations: 3 per person (20 annual limit)
Season Runs October 1 - February 28
